How Can severe Dry Itchy Patches On The Face Be Treated?

I am seeing dry, scaly patches on my face, in the eye/nose area with some itching and even pain. I am 60 years old and will probably have to see a dermatologist. The itching is in one spot below my right eyebrow and the pain is on the outside corner of my left eye. It seems to be getting worse.

Hi,

It looks Like you are having a fungal infection on your face, you can use antifungal cream or powder two to three times daily for a week and check for the result.

The powder or cream of ketoconazole may be effective in your case. If it will not help add multivitamins mostly vitamin A and vitamin E.

You can also visit a dermatologist, also try to keep low humidity and dry face for most of them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
